The police busted an eight-member criminal gang and recovered weapons, here on Saturday. SP Jamshed Town Dr Rizwan said that Mehmoodabad and Brigade police conducted joint operation against the outlaws. During operations eight criminals belonging to Lyari Gangwar and including Azeem Pinhor, Kamran Kami, Ameen Zehreela, Haneef Deg, Hassan Natha and Waseem were arrested. A Kalashnikov and other weapons were recovered from possession of the detainees involved in drugs business in Chanesar Goth of the metropolis for last few years.
